HIDs

what's a good brand?

XTEC? most websites say they aren't street legal, but who cares, right? Aren't DDE's unapproved by DOT? They were made for Euro cars, right?

Anyone have HIDs? what's the way to go?

My friend has Xtec in his WRX and I really like them! There are tons of brands out there. E_mail matt at umnitza.com and he'll give you the full run down...

what color did your friend get? I shouldn't worry about them not being street legal, right?

haha good man... you'll be happy with 6k. It might be a little "ricey" to some, but to me I think it's the perfect color combo. Remember to change out your fuses to high amperage before installing...
