M3 Oem HID Nightmare!!
i have a big problem and was wondering if anyone could offer any sort of help, it would be greatly appreciated. i bought my m3 with an oem hid kit installed. from what ive heard is its the one from germany that uses the x5 hids.. anyways... i wrecked my car, and my headlights are gone. but now i have this mess of wires under my hood. they all are for the headlights that came w/the car(they are the chrome ones w/angel eyes and say "xenon" on them) i dont know which wires are stock, which wires are spliced, which plugs are original...lol i have no idea what is going on. idealy, i think instructions for this kit would help, i would be able to work backwards and then get everything out and convert it back to stock, but ive been looking online and havent found anything. just wondering if anyone knew what i should do...maybe someones got the headlights for sale? dunno.. like i said, any info would be greatly appreciated, i cant drive my car bc of this (no lights)... thanks mike |

first off.. welcome to the forums buddy... its a very simple procedure.. hid kits are basically plug and play.. u just need to trace back the wires.. and then just tug.. make sure u don't break the bulb... and make sure u get the ballast outta there... then just plug the original socket intot he headlight and your done... any more questions.. feel free |
