well honestly.. if i were you, i would keep my money and save it for a while.
if you only have a few hundred for a mod, why not keep it until you have a lot more...
what if something breaks on your car... oh shit, no money for the part and possibly labor if yo uhave a mechanic do it...
but if you HAVE to... i dont know... honestly these mods are just about sound...
do you like your exhaust now, or cant stand it?
if you are on the freeway alot, they both will probably make you go crazy, haha.
you live on the east coast, if you are afraid of hydrolocking your engine, i would go with exhaust....
intake kinda makes me think of if its worth it... it isnt going to make noticable power differences, neither will an exhaust though, the worry of hydrolocking, conefilters dotn filter as well as our filter/airboxes do..so more shit can get to your engine...
Umnitza now provides a mechanic to install all parts ordered right in the box! It's their new "Total customer service program" that will eliminate all the haters and keep incompetents from breaking **** and blaming the vendor! When you are all set simply call INS and they will pick him up free of charge.

UUC does not make an intake, they make exhausts, and some of the best IMO.
M3 works, I have heard very good things about it. But keep in mind that it is factory, and with factory they make their products to suite a wide range of people. Which means they will have to be more muffled.
Either way you will probably see the same gains because exhausts do not do much for the e36 but it all comes down to what kind of sound do you want.

whats the point of these bolt-ons? seriously, you should save your money for a more serious mod. after getting, intake, exhaust, chip/shark, ect, you will be spending so much money with so little gains.

dude. if you get exhaust. save for something better than a m3 exhaust. its heavier...sounds only a little better and it doesnt look that great compared to some after market companies...either get a good exhaust or do the intake. i vote intake instead of m3 exhaust, but not over a aftermarket exhaust

i'll tell you what, komoda has the UUC system U exhaust and it's honestly the SECIEST sounding exhaust i've EVER heard in my life on ANY car. Intake isn't something worth spending a ton on unless you have a show car which you don't where a shiny expensive intake is needed.

You have three choices, stand behind our troops, grab a gun and toe the line with our troops, or stand in front of them, they can use the extra armor.

On a scale 1-10 1 being stock 10 being UUC were does the M3 fall in as far as sound and gains... rate separately...
