christ those pics are huge! umm to do the H7 mod, do you have to do any soldering, or make any new connections? If so I would definetely check over them if u haven't.

looks like you have some ground issues.

BaLAnCe17 07-14-2005 10:02 PM

explain...rooz. you cange the brown wire...thats it, i dont know whats wrong :(

jrhaile 07-14-2005 10:33 PM

hmm looks like the bulbs are positioned pretty good and sitting flush. I bet you either have a bad splice/crimp on one of those ends....

BaLAnCe17 07-15-2005 01:47 AM

do the rims/edge of the bulb have to be touching the metal all around too? because i redid the crimps on the brown wire 2x....

take a volt meter and test to see if there is any current flowing through those wires...

problem solved. A fuse eh? Never had such a problem haha...

not going to close... how do you like the light output now?

Rooz 07-16-2005 01:08 PM

kinda makes sens though, welll would depend on the power emitted by the bulbs...

jrhaile 07-16-2005 01:13 PM

I've never had to change the fuse or had this fuse blow because of adding an h7 bulb.. the power is the same to the bulbs so...

Rooz 07-16-2005 01:25 PM

didn't he go from a 55w to a 100w one?

BaLAnCe17 07-16-2005 06:52 PM

woah... hold on. i donno if the wattage went up or whatever. i think the fuse just was blown...i dont think it was because of teh bulbs. i put another 15 amp fuse in there. the same that was there in the 1st place. it probably blew up when i was using the volt meter or whatever

Rooz 07-16-2005 07:00 PM

cool, but where are the pics? lol
