Also, another thing I've learned about e36s, is that when you suspect everything else, it's always the simple part like a battery or a fuse. I learned that the hard way. :P

Im going to get a new battery, seems like that worked well for you and an cheaper start. Btw, your car is fine, i have the same lights and grill but on Helrot red.

check your air pumps! they are only on for about 20-30 seconds at start up. Your car has 2. Mine both went in the last year (just after 100K)....
