new I think it's like 400 from BMW.. I would unplug it, let it sit for a couple of hours and plug it back in and see what happens.. sometimes it just needs to be reset. And your DME I think is 413

User not setup in Rate My Car.
Click here to set it up.
Go to shucks and buy some electronics/sensor cleaner. Take two and call me in the morning.

PS: if that doesn't work, I have found that this place has the best prices: www.autohausaz.com

No...replace the Air Mass Sensor. It will happen again. Samething happened to me last year...it was $480 installed at the BMW of Manhattan dealership.

480 = rip off! Get a used HFM and slap it on there for 150. Takes 2 minutes to replace and might add a few more ponies like I already said.

It may have been the battery, it was sitting for 2 1/2 days before i tried to start it up that night.

Yea im just going to find a used one if it starts acting weird again.

Delmarco you got raped, its like 395 from pelican brand new.. did they charge you 85 bucks labor? it takes literally 10 seconds to remove and all you need is a flat head driver.

Very common problem like I posted in another thread about the battery. A lot of components rely on the battery for power. And if it hasn't done it since and your car is running normal, I wouldn't worry.
