no power uphill

hi everyone,I have these problem.When pushing accelarator padel soft the car will move normal & change normal.when pushing hard the car dont move fast,instead the rev count got stuck around 5000rpm.it does'nt go to next gear.no power at all espessialy uphill.I've checked vacume leak,but still.anyone with help please

The first suspect when someone complains of lack of power climbing hills is the fuel filter. The second suspect is the fuel pressure regulator. Instructions for replacing the fuel filter are here:

Usually when the fuel pressure regulator fails, either the vacuum hose has cracked from old age, or the the diaphragm inside fails and fuel starts leaking out through the vacuum hose to the intake manifold.

Thanx man.I did change fuel filter,but stil.what do you mean by fuel pressure regulator.where do I find that?I'm thinking of replacing fuel pump.what do you think.'couse even if the car is standing & u rev it. it's respond is slow

Regulator should be attached to the fuel rail and should look something like these:

Also, be sure there are no air leaks into the air tube between the mass air flow sensor and the throttle body.

Thanx man.My problem now is one,the regulator of my car is one unit with fuel rail to injectors all the way to fuel filter.So I can't get one from spares.In two weeks time I'll get fuel pump & let u know the result.Thanx again.

I've changed regulator & fuel pump.there is a small improvement.Now I don't where to check again.Any boby with idea pls
