Yeah the whole "hand of god" thing is also an understatement. It's more like "a fucking shove from god"

Umm I won't know if I am getting it until at least the week of July 11th. The problem is that from my last 325i, the insurance company gave me about $9000. Then they let me pull all my mods off and I have sold most of the and have about $1200. I still have a few things on EBay that will probably sell. But as of now I only have $1200. Then I am taking the lady that hit me to court to sue for mods that were damaged and I couldn't use, and that the insurance company did not reimburse me for. That claim is worth about $2000. But the taking the lady to court is going to take probably about 3 months to get a trial date and whatnot. So we can count that out for now.

So in actuality I have $10,200. So the rents are going to have to put up the rest of the $5800 until I can pay them back. And thats a problem when they are out of town and don't come back until July 11th. And I already talked to the guy and he's willing to hold it until then. HE has one more interested buyer thats in Canada. He was the 2nd highest bidder form the EBay auction. So he is in no rush to sell. I told hi that the week of July 11th would be the week that I'd make a decision. So it's going ot be a while before that beast is in my posession.

even if this guy drove it hard, the car has 15K miles, and besides, arent BMW engines supposed to withstand rough driving? besides, it would get annoying to shift at 6000RPM at every single shift, i mean cmon, right?

Yessir, it can withstand that power and to the earlier comment about the engine...this thing is even more bulletproof than any factory engine. 8.8:1 pistons and a copper headgasket?? I would thinkt his thing is bulletproof.

Not even asking anything...he just told me that he won the auction for $14,999 and spent $1500 to ship it from Cali and for me to make him an offer. I'm going to offer $16,000 for it.
