wiring and random questions with trans conversion

whats up guys...i'm new to the bmw world...this is not my first bmw but first one with some real work...im converting my auotmatic 325is to a manual and also changing motots.. the car is a 93 and the engine and manual trans a 94...i need to know how to get around the neutral saftey switch...also the 94 has a different throttle body with two butterflies can i use the old throttle body without throwing any codes or having a malfunction...also i think i may have broke my ignition or there is some kinda saftey switch after unhooking everything i realized i cant turn the key or remove it...if it is broken what issues will i have from using the 94 ignition and is there anything else i need to change along with it...i hope you guys can be of some help every other forum has had no answers for me...i've done this trans conversion in other cars but like i said the bmw is new to me if you know of any other problems let me know before i get too far please i assume everything else will work...thanks alot
