there is the video for better explination
doesnt happen all the time, just sometimes
pulls off great on 1st gear
2nd 3rd and 4th, has that noise, car like vibrates,
then 5 th after some steady speed drives well, sometimes on 3rd and 4th it drives well too, it sounds like it's comming more from the wheel?
or underneath the tranny? hard to explain hope the video works better, thanks in advance, as I did search in the forums, and looked up videos of potential issues, didn't seem to be the one I am experiencing,

Can't hear the noise in the video (most likely my system, not the video). But what you're describing sounds like a blown center support bearing/bushing. You need to get the car up in the air, slide the heat shield out and check. If it's bad don't waste your time with a new one, just get a drive shaft assembly. Chances are the u joint is done and replacing the bearing will just last a couple of months before it gets ripped out again. Just had to do one in my 5, same thing.

Thanks, yes it was the Drive shaft support for the bearing, it was cracked and it just flopped around, also it was the flex disc, it was was torn out, which is why it probably caused the support to break, flex disc from dealer was 120 , and support with bearing was 75, new gaskets for the exhaust system around 35 dollars, all from dealer couldnt really find the parts anywhere except for online, but yeah now it's back and ready to go, total work time was like 2hrs. thanks for the input. ;D
