How to remove rear view mirror?
My mirror goes jittery after hitting a bump and I have to reajust, but the next bump it will happen again. The ball may be going bad. How do I take it off without breaking it?

From what I remember, it slides off. There will be a silver piece that stays on the windshield.

this is easy just grab the mirror stem and turn it clock wise or anti-clck wise and look inside it will be a triangle shape, get a srew driver and bend the spring te make it tight and re-install if its the ball part of mirror the go braker yard and get another unit........IREE
