Do you have the electronic climate control or mechanical? I'll guess and say the electronic - and the CCU has failed. It will need to be replaced since it's not 'user serviceable' unless you are in a very well equipped electronics repair shop.

IF you have the premium audio system, the external amp unit may have failed or blown a fuse.

Take some pics and post them - it'll help.

Climate control repair for most common failure is here:
http://frontiernet.net/~Papi/Clim_Ctrl.html

Radio could be several things. I have two '97s, one with HK sound and the other with standard sound. The HK system has given a lot more trouble. Right now the volume control is whacked in the head unit and it has four blown speakers in the doors.
Can you provide more description of the way it is behaving?

Volume control is a common failure. It can be fixed but you must be careful about it. You need to take it out and use some plastic safe cleaner for potentiometers (and other electronics) and hopefully it's not too late.
