Hose Clamp blew off leaking anti freeze but cant get to the chose please help!

I was sitting in a parking lot yesterday and heard a POP my car started leaking anti-freeze. I took it to my mechanic and he said a clamp blew off and he cant get to the hose without taking apart a ton of shit. The leak is near the middle/right side of the car. i just had the heating core done i don't know if that can play a role in the problem.

I know my post is alittle confusing but if anyone has run into this problem or one like it i can use any help i can get or numbers to dealers who can help me.

Thanks!
