hello ,anyone with information as regards noisey front drivers seat .Would appreciate any help on stopping slight movement and reducing noise .1996 e36 touring .

You might need to come a bit more specific here.

When and what kind of noise? and Movement? Could be loose bolts holding the tracks to the floorboards, could be wearing/worn out drive motors.

Thanks Big Evil.No loose bolts ,manual seat adjustment so no worn motors either,maybe just age ,any way of tightening up?

That's a tough one. Only other thing I can think of besides major seat surgery would be the connecting rod between the two tracks under the seat can get bent and leave one of the little locking cogs loose or disengaged.

Might be time to just pull it out of the car and have a little inspection time.
