Cool Delayed idle drop?

Hello to all...Ok got a little bit of a headach going on...I have a 98 323is and ive gone through all these forrms and took care of some known issues...Ive replaced pri and sec throttle pos senser, cleaned the icv, new bosh plugs, checked vacum lines, checked fuses...im all outta ideas whats happening is when i accelerate n go to shift my rmps stay at 4+k after the clutch is in then after 20-30 sec they will start to drop the car feels under powered...any ideas?

Any error codes or additional descriptions? Sometimes the newer stuff needs software updates, yours is in that zone where it may need a dealer plug in.
