What's your openion about my exhaust plan?

Hi friends,

Since the exhaust of my car start giving noisy sound, and I think it’s blocked, I decided to replace the whole exhaust sys, and install headers with high flow cats with better rear muffler (silencer) designed like the original but maybe with more inches. In order to get off the bad exhaust which I have, and get better performance at same time.

That’s all will be done in a local exhaust manufacture (specialist in manufacturing high quality sport and standard exhaust).Which will be cheaper than ordering a brand name exhaust.

Will I get better performance if I replace the headers, or shall I keep the original one and just replace the cats and the rear muffler?

Any advice forms you.

Could some one post me a good design for the Exhaust sys. and if there is a good design for the rear mufler form inside.

My car is 325i 1993 auto US.
