Question How do you fix sagging door panels!?

I imagine that many of you have this problem. well atleast i do. my driver and passengier side inside door panels sag like crazy. I have some ideas what to do but it be nice to hear some tips and what other people have been through.
Please help im getting tired of it.

mainly the clips. there all broke. is there and easy way of changing them?

and the screws seem to be backwards when i try to take the panel off?
