Arrow A few problems with my first car. 97' 316i Touring

Hi All,

I just bought my first car, a E36 316i Touring in manual. (pic link below)

Exterior Pic

There are a couple of problems however...

1. There is a audible 'buzz' and similar vibration through the brake pedal just before coming to a complete stop (<4mph). It sounds like its coming from the rear left wheel. It also sound kinda electric?

2. One of the headlights has alot of condensation in it and is almost always completely misted up.

3. The top 2/3 bars (orange lines) of the rear view window de-mister has failed. (perfectly cutting out the view of cars more than 40ft behind me. Including the police when i'm seeing what i can get out of a 1.6! lol)

4. There were no instructions for the radio/cassette and I have no idea what some of the buttons do! (picture below)

Interior Pic

Thanks for you time and I look forward to any responses,
James

Sharp looking car... Just a few guesses regarding the problems: 1) might be a worn brake rotor; 2) obviously the headlight isn't completely sealed, replacement may be in order, although I don't know how simple or costly that may be; 3) I believe there are repair kits for the defroster bars, where you mix up some kind of conductive paste to reconnect the interrupted sections; and 4) I'm not familiar with the radio type (they vary), so an Intenet search with make and model, as best as you can determine, would be the thing to do. Good luck.
