All 325s have 17 lb injectors. All 328s and M3s have 21 lb injectors. You have to really increase the cfm flow of the motor to need 24 lb injectors with a 328 or M3.
Adding just injectors will make you run rich and increase the chance of a fouled plug or O2 sensor.

Hi there. I have a 92 325i. I have chipped it. Put headers on, CAI, and removed cats. Now would increasing my injectors form 17lb to 19lb be worth it? Say $100 for all 6 new 19lb injectors?

you would need new software and there is no reason to put bigger injectors in.
