Throwin' Codes

I have my check engine light on and the follow codes are being thrown. I just want to make sure they're all related to my no-cats. If I install O2 simulators, it should fix all these, correct?

P0442 - EVAP Emission Control System (Small Leak) Leak Detected
P0420 - Catalyst System, Bank1 Efficiency Below Threshold
P0430 - Catalyst System, Bank 2 Efficiency Below Threshold
P1250 - Fuel Level Too Low

I'm guessing the 1250 might be related to a faulty gas cap I was having at the time, but I'm not sure about that. Anyone know anymore about what that one means?

since you don't have any O2 sensors period, im sure you are right that the cat related codes are due to this. and as advertised, the o2 simulators should help.

along the lines of fuel level too low, I don't know. Try a fuel system cleaner fuel additive.

are the o2 simulators just like a resister that shorts the two wires.. because i did it when i was testing my car for the MAF(mass airflow sensor).. you just take a resistor and stick it into 2 pins.. u just gotta know which 2, althought i think the 02 sensor only has two wires.. i dunno

is there a link to these simulators?

o2 simulators basically lie to the computer, telling it everything is A-Okay with the oxygen and other exhaust gas levels
