Start not properly

First at all, i'm new and i'm from venezuela, say hello to every one
My 1992 325i don't start as use to be.
when it is cold, it start at the 3rd time i turn the key, after if i turn it off, it won't start again until the nex day, but if i push and star in 2nd gear it works and run very nice.
Please, give me some ideas to fix this problem.

Is the maintenance up to date on your car? Old, or fouled plugs can cause hard starting in cold temperatures.

I recently do the maintenance, new spark plugs, new fuel filter and a couple of weeks after that it show the failure, aversaly it start fine when is cold, but when the engine is hot, it doesn't start again until the when is cold again, but if i bump pushing it runs fine

It could be an O2 sensor issue. When the car is cold it runs in a closed loop, but when the car warms up the DME starts reading from the O2 sensor.
