transmission
ok im new to this website and to my bmw which is a 1992 bmw 325i and it has started shifting real crappy and i was gonna put some fluid in it but there is no dip stick so i was wondering if anybody knows how to check the tranny fluid or since its an auto stick trans is it sealed like a manual trans please help thanks
BMW claimed that these cars had lifetime transmission fluid It's at best a 100k fluid, and even that's pushing it.
I will continue to give the same advice to everyone. If you don't know when the last time your fluid was changed, just go and get the fluid and filter changed, or take the opportunity to start DIYing.
