I guess this isn't really a big deal but my cause is stuck saying that it’s -35F outside. I tried disconnecting battery to see if it would just reset.. That didn't work. Any suggestions? Oh it’s a 1993 325i

Your outside air temperature sensor is broken or missing. Mine was missiing when I bought my e36 and it read -35 as well. You can get a new one from bavauto.com for $25.
