Sagging bumper.....
Hey guys, just a small issue here,
The rear bumper on the driver side of my 325 hangs down about half an inch to an inch, and it bugs the hell out of me. i'm not very smart when it comes to exterior fixings, so does anybody know an easy way to do this yourself, or if it is cheap to have profesionally fixed? Thanks |
I'd start by taking out the inner wheel well covering and take a look at it to see what you can do. Besides that, with no pictures, I really can't help much.

Hi! APE36!
Maybe this will help Quote:
AC Schnitzer03-06-2005, 07:08 PM remove the rear valance there are like two pins that hold it in place. You will find two big screws located below, remove those screws! Remove all the pins inside of the wheel wells. Lots of them on each side. Attachment 1061 There are EXPANDING RIVETS that hold the bumper cover to the bumper CARRIER! They are probaly broken causing the bumper cover to sag off the carrier! Attachment 1062 http://www.realoem.com/bmw/partgrp.d...98&hg=51&fg=15 goodluck, johnnybayonne |
