Trouble Codes
hey guys. I have had a check engine light on for a while, and for a while i thought it was an O2 sensor. But yesterday I went to Shucks cause they will read your codes for free. What I got was
-P1421 Manufacturer Specific Powertrain Trouble Code
-P1423 Manufacturer Specific Powertrain Trouble Code
So it is obviosly something to do with the tranny. Anyway, I call up BMW cause Shuck's computer can't recognize the problem. And BMW wants me to come in and do a full diagnostic, for 100 BUCKS! I just did the same damn thing for free at Shucks. So that really pissed me off. Back on subject, Does anyone know what these codes mean? Or where I can find out what they mean?
