Im not sure if anyone does or not but if they do hopefully they will help you out. Might want to consider checking ebay you can probably find one there.

There is one in German - but that may not be of much help. Google e36 Handbuch.

I can only see Bentley manual in that link plus some other (non English, obviously) manuals, but not OWNER'S HANDBOOK (see links in post #9) which OP asked for. A lot of us have pdf version of Bentley, but I have never ever seen an Owner's Handbook in "electronic form" (i.e. pdf).
