318tds problem
hi guys am haven trouble with my car when i start it when its cold it spultters and when i drive it there is no power in it. it wont do over 70 mph got the turbo checked its workin fine. got it put on the computer and it never said anything was wrong. has anyone ever had a problem like this before any help would be great. it has no power anytime hot or cold??
