E36General discussion and technical help for (E36) 1992-1999 3 series cars. 318, 323, 325, 328.
Montizzle, I would like to do the tranny swap but have a seriously injured left arm that is basically worthless. Being left handed, that poses a few problems. Now I have to keep my right hand on the wheel at all times or DIAF. I choose option 1. I had to get a auto because I knew of the impending doom of 3 surgeries in 14 months on my left wrist.
SOOOOO, my transmission will live a long happy life in suxor land and my happy days of redlining and moneyshifting are well behind me.

Thanks, I promise that they will be done and on before the end of April. I have been very busy at the shop due to upcoming car show season. Its hard to get your own car into the paint booth when you have 5-6 customer cars waiting for the same thing. The problem with my car is that the paint is hand mixed and is nearly impossible to blend. I have to repaint the whole car to add this stuff. I started prepping yesterday on the skirts and should have them ready for paint next weekend. The bumpers are ready to paint.
I will have a few more surprises before the shows kick into full effect.
I put my fogs in. I had a pic of this up in another thread in the off topic but my photobucket must have failed because the pics and some of my post are no longer there.
