plz some body help me i hear a knocking noise at last gear shift
i replace flex disk ,gearbox oil and filter also center bearing fine , it happens not allthe times ????? plz help its not so annoying but i dont like it ,
the car is 93 325is

Need more info. Is the knocking in the gear box or driveshaft. Knocking or vibration? Under power? At a certain speed?
When u replaced the centre bearing did u push the bracket forward so there is a little tension in the mount? This might vibrate if there is slack in the system.
Plus the drive shaft has to go back together lined up the same way or it will be unbalanced.
What condition are your trany mounts? Often the flex disk breaking is a sighn of worn mounts.
i feal the knocking comes from differential side, and its knock once at the last shift means after speed 80 km , trany mounts i will replace them
there is no vibration at all ?
dose i have to change the differential fluid?
