engine upgrade
some mech told me that he can replace my m50tu 325is engine block with 530i engine block ( sound like M3), is that possible?

If he's swapping the whole engine, harness and ecu, maybe

Swapping blocks? Absolutely not. Swapping engines, good luck. I hope your pockets are deep.

swaping the whole engine fine but i just wondering how he can only swap the block ? but he told he can make it ?

A 530 engine, N54 has doubble vannos, which the entire front timming cover is a totally different setup then your single vannos block. Only way is to drop the entire 530 engine in along with trans. It would be cheaper and easier to drop a S50 or 52 in.

ok if i wont to put the 530i whole engine what do i have to change ? gearbox , diff ,ecu .. any thing else? m52 have no big Difference and also you have to swap ecu

An OBD1 m52 (2.8 328 motor) with a custom tune, full exhaust, bolt-ons, and cams could make some good #'s.
