its small things that most people wouldnt notice like the euro cars lights have glass lenses with ellipsiods, the usa versions has regular lights with plastic lenses, im sure there is other differences aswell but youll have to ask some one else in the forum, but mostly thats what its going to be, cheaper parts.

I'm from Arabian Gulf. I bought these cars form UAE. There is a big Cars market thier, imported from different countries, but the best is Japan (Cheap, clean and low Km).
My new 325i Usa is also imported from Japan, but how it's a USA edition , I dont know. Maybe some one in japan imported it from USA!!!.

Yeah .. I note that the lighting of my last Japanies BMW is Better than the Usa edition, But I think I can replace it right?
USA model comes with full option but i think the gear box is not same, also i found the the weight of USA model is more that japanese models , any way iam happy with my 325is
usually bimmers from europe have slightly more power than those made for the US. this is because the US requires more restrictive exhausts and engine mgmt systems. for example the power output of an E30 325i euro spec is supposed to be 171 hp, while the US version is 168.

agree with you but i think the gear box for us model is better than others (japan or europe )
What I know that the Japanies BMW have different gear box made in Japan. And I heard that the German Bmw & of our contry (Arabian Gulf) is better in Gear box, specially for high speeds.
My Question : is the gear box of the Us edition same like German edition or different?
If it like German gear box, So your right ...it's better than Japan gear box.
i think the windshield is also different. Not that it matters, but its thicker.
