the control unit i think is the same as the ABS unit, and then you also have to replace the throttle body(and maybe the ECU as well), and then you have change all the ABS sensors on each wheel, then you have to fit the switch

Why do you want to install asc-t? Just learn how to drive the wheels off the car you won't want that stuff anyway once you know how to do that.

When and Why? I have the same engine (or very similar) and don't have any of that crap except for abs. I mean no offense, I'm just trying to be the devil's advocate. Usually people want to remove systems like that and not add them so I'm curious.

a lot of people who chose to turbocharge or supercharge their cars need to change the throttle body to an non-ASC throttle body, you may be able to get it from one of them. try www.bimmerforums.com , or try www.car-part.com , or try www.vinesauto.com . as for the ASC, i actually dont mind it, sometimes, when there is a ton of snow on the ground and im trying to go up a hill, it feels really nice because i can just give it a very steady amount of gas and the car will climb up the hill straight, while if the ASC was off it would immediately flip sideways and i wouldnt be able to go anywhere. and if tis really that annoying, there is always a switch that you can turn the ASC off
