i was told from a local kid to check out the bimmer forums site becuse it was a good one that site is a joke they make you post a hundred threads before you can even use a custom avatar .also if you post any question say a e30 question in the e36 section by mistake they throw a fit this site is so much better! thats all thanks.

Reason: spelling
its a very good website because there is just so much info due to their seniority, that being said some members are just total @$$holes, some are pretty funny, too, though. oh and the classifieds section is great
for example, one time a member posted in the lounge, he had an S4, and he was requesting people's votes on this one drag racing website, eh was 1st and there was a corvette that was closing up on him, so instead of everyone voting for him they all went and voted for the vette

bimmerforums is THE place for information. They're a little uptight over there, but it's because they've been around the longest that they've heard just about everything a million times. Some of your mods/admins here on United are long standing members there. I also spend a good bit of time on bimmerfest.
meh. if i need info i google it. Most of the time its not from bimmerforums. kinda funny most of the time its this site.
or some back alley website.

Im all over the friggin place
The first site I joined up on was Bimmerforums, followed by the werkz, the fest, and some 'other place that I forget where the hell it was', and now United Bimmer! You can never have too many information resources. I havent been trashed by any members on any of these sites for 'stupid questions' or whatever. Most of those Ive encountered have realised something, we share a common bond here, an appreciation for something we know of as the ultimate driving machine, so we dont go pissing on our sibling counterparts unless they REALLY deserve it!
