sticking throttle
my 99 bmw 328i convertible's throttle is sticking. And the day it started, the check engine light came on. However, the car's exhaust is clear and it does not hesitate or lack power. any ideas?

I'd clean your throttle body and lube it up, as well as checking the connection to the throttle position sensor and check on the traction control throttle body.
You could also try taking the car to autozone to have the codes read, that should give you a good idea of where the problem lies.

Is it the actual throttle sticking or the pedal?
Also, if the check engine light is on, it's throwing a code. Try the five stomp method to read it for us.
