new car, new member, new problems

Hello all, I have had my 96 318si for a few months and i love it.

And in 3 days, all this happend.

battery wont hold a charge
hood hydrolic (sp) doesnt hold
odometer is all messed up (rpm, mph, mile gauges) and my ebrake light and my brake fluid light are on
hood handle broke
hood doesnt close right on one side

now my last car was a POS, this one has been well taken care of, i mean a whole little book of shop visits since the guy freaking owned the car, and i dont really understand the random fisting in my ass by my new baby.

has anyone had a freak thing like this happen??

Welcome. Unfortunately the little book rarely tells the full story. Check Dudski's article:

Don t feel overwhelmed tho. I ve had alot of fun doing my own repairs. You can always get it diagnosed by the stealer then work out if you want to tackle it yourself or get a pro in.
