trans warning light
I need to figure out is the tranny warning light. (Auto Trans) I comes on time to time. puts the car into limp mode. If I kill the juice it will usually reset. Is tis connected to any of the relays? Im thinking that when the fuel pump went it also screwed up a relay or somthing....could this be related? any tips? Clues ? Theorys? Let them fly.....Thanks for the help!

What events lead up to the light coming on? Does it just come on randomly? BMW Autotrans are prone to failure after a lot of miles and your car is a 93, how many miles do you have on it?

Also I think that the fuel pump relay is week (pump must have been drawing alot of current) Could this be linked to a bad ground or somthing with the relay?
