e36 ABS & ASC stays on after front strut installation!

Hi! I recently purchased and installed Bilstein front struts on my 1997 328i. After I was done with the installation, I got ready to go on a road test. When I started the car the abs & traction control light was on and stays on. I called Bavarian Autosport's tech support #. He instructed me to check the connections on the front abs wheel sensors & to remove the sensors & reinstall them. I did all this and the abs & traction control light is still on. Is there a way I can reset the abs & ast??? I know there is nothing wrong with my abs & ast, because these lights never came on before I did the struts. Could it be some type of fault code was stored because the wheel hubs were left hanging at a unfamiliar angle or height ? ? ? Please Help!!!!!!

Thank You, Sincerely,
John S Marino

Disconnect your battery for 1 min(both cables) then reattach. (NEG cable last) Then start the car and go.....

NOTE: Don't forget to have your radio code

I think to reset ABS you need the code readers, or go to the dealer, like you do for the airbag light.
