Oil leak
when I measure the oil, I found that I lose 4 litres every 2000 Km, no oil leaks visible in the motor itself, but there is a black smoke from the exhaust when I burn over 3 rpm.

If my math is correct, that's 4 quarts in 1200 miles, which in my estimation means you are now driving a diesel, for all intents and purposes. Not good. Absent any noticeable leaks, rings, valve seats, valve guides, etc. all come to mind. Not good. Also head gasket or cracked head. Not good.
I would venture a guess at a head gasket or some sort of other engine-based seal. But black smoke is definitely not good, and is probably the reason your engine is stalling around 3 grand. But then again, if you run an engine on 2 L of oil, that's not to good for it either.

sounds like worn or badly gummed piston rings to me, or perhaps valve seals , if the engine revs to 3,000rpm then struggles and blows black smoke it is forcing oil into the combustion chamber and trying to flood the plugs hence the vast amount of oil being used. I would seriously consider a replacement motor rather than consider the other very expensive alternative, unless of course you or someone you know is a first class mechanic.
