Underdrive pulleys Instalation issues

OK, as some of you ,might know, my underdrive pulleys finally arrived from UUC. So today at the shop, I attended to put them on. I Followed the instructions that UUC gave pretty well,

1. I diconnected the battery,

2. Removed the alternator-cooling duct,

3. Removed fan nut and left it in shround,

4. Removed underbody covers,

5. Loosend all the bolts from water pump and power steering pulleys,

NOW here is where things started to go wrong

6. I attempted to loosen//remove the Air conditioner belt tensioner, but I noticed that it had a slight crack and as I removed it it broke , so I need a new one of those now. But What I cannot find is where is the Alternator belt tensioner at???? And how would I go to loosen it so I can take alternator belt off?

I would truly apreciate it if someone could help me out on this, even better if someone could give me a diy on how to I guess replace the belts...

I believe there are 2 13mm bolts that hold the tensoner on. One is above the tensoner and one is below. If your looking at your alternater the pully on the left is jsut a pully with a 16mm long bolt through it. That holds the alternater on. The pully right below that and a little to the left is the tensoner. You cant really see the lower bolt so you ahve to feel around. The top one is right behind the pully.

You'r exactly correct, And Pulleys are on and I live them, once I found out how to move the tensioners, the all process took us about 2.5 hours at the most...

Well, the pulleys are finally on. And I really do feel a diff, specially in low-end torque which is what I was shooting for and the engine seems to sound "beastier" and also since am putting less pressure on the gas pedal, am aussuming my mpg will go up So, yes I definetly suggest this mod to anyone who wants to do it and has some mechanical knowldge, it took a friend and I about 2.5 hours to do the all thing with tools and a lift.
