Unhappy PowerSteering Leaking

While inspection the engine before an engine degrease and clean i notice a leak coming from the power steering lines. I don't know where the leak is though, but from the pic below i have oil leaking down hose '1' and oil around '3' and '7' on the RMFD VANE PUMP, any ideas???
I'll post some pics up soon, and when i find the problem i'll write a lil DIY for it.

On my 89 E30, the lines themselves were leaking like sponges

I finally fixed my power steering leak and it was the hoses. Mine leaked pretty badly, so that is probably the case with yours.

Yup. The good thing is that if you can't get around to replacing the hoses, you can just keep topping off the fluid. True story.

haha, I was doing that with my old car. Hrmm I was reading some of the threads and alot of people just needed to replace the hose clamps with screw clamps. Is it best to just replace the hoses as well as the clamps??
