Car is Dead
 

My car died while I was driving.
Engine stopped and all lights were ON. No power streering or anything. Pulled over on the side. When I tried to start the car, it cranks but would not start normally. Towed it in to steelership so that they can look at it Monday.
Ant ideas what happened? My guess is fuel delivery system (maybe fuel pump).
Appreciate any input.

i was thinking fuel pump too. . .

sometimes if you tap on the pump with a wrench, it will start pumping for a little bit again.

was there any winding noise lately? sounded kinda like a lawn mower in the distance?

No unusual noise of any kind.
