Issues with Instrument Panel

New to the forum...just purchased a '95 318iS and am having a few issues with the instrument panel.

The speedometer seems to be off by at least 5-10mph....
i.e. Actual seems around 35mph - speedometer shows 25mph.

Of note, the previous owner installed 18" wheels vs standard BMW stock...I assume this may be the cause of incorrect speed, but am unsure.

In addition to this, the fuel, speedometer, and tach all drop to zero when I am coasting after letting completely off the accelerator. Or while depressing the gas during shifting into higher gears. This one concerns me moreso than the speed issue.

Fuel meter seems to be off by 1/4 a tank as well. When full it only shows a little over 3/4 full.

The only constant seems to be the temperature gauge which appears to be functioning correctly.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The fuel it's probably a sender for the level. The speedo is probably due to a different tire size, check this site for conversions, just put the stock size in and the new size and it will tell you by what ammount the spedo should be. It could also be a sender for the dash or something for the tach and spedo but i will let someone with more knowledge of that explain what might need to be done if thats the case.
