Headliner Blues

Does anyone have suggestions about how to repair or re-glue the headliner? I've read DIYs that require removing it and it's a royal pain with all the unscrewing and unattaching of the items surrounding it. I really don't want to go that route.

Is there an alternative? This sagging roof look is tacky and driving me nuts.

If you're gonna DIY, you have to remove the thing. It looks like a lot of trouble, but when you actually do it, it doesn't take that long.

Plus, you could replace it with a different fabric.
