Silver or Black

I'm thinking on painting my car which is black but has a couple of scratches and i want to painted darker or silver and leave the hood black. Im also putting 19s on it glossy black with the chrome lip. but i'm not sure which color would look better with the wheels. Any suggestions thank you

Might have to see it to know. But I think keeping it black is a bit better

Black on black is always a good choice. Need pics though.

cant see the pic, but regardless, IMO I think black is incredibly hard to keep clean as you know. I think if it were me, I would paint my car gunmetal grey, but leave the ROOF black, a very sporty and stream line look.

I say leave it black. Maybe get a CF hood. they look nice with black. And the chrome lip on the rims would really stand out niceley.

Black, its always easier to paint the car the same color. Mabe a cf hood if you want to spend the cash on one, but silver with a black hood would look like crap.

The only crappy thing about black, is everytime you wash it the mit will leave little scratches and the paint gets dull. Black requires much more polishing to keep it looking perfect. I just bought a new Black Jetta in June, and have already had to wax it a few times to get washing scratches out. Listen to Spieluhr, it is VERY hard to keep clean. My opinion is Gunmetal grey!
