E21, E30General discussion and technical help for 1975-1991 3 series cars.
well..I'm not sure excatly how many because they were put on a little bit before I baught the car..but the girl doesn't have all the paperwork because they were a xmas present from her x...lol..umm..but thinking about it they arent that new..there are probably like 4-6K on them..and around a year..idk..hopefully slime will fix the leak..if not I'l just have to deal with it.
^^^ i hate to send more bad news your way, but a lot of times those stop leak things throw the balance of your tires off. it would be fine for normal driving, but for higher speeds it would be not so good.
BMW's mobility system is basically the same thing.
Yeah I already know that..it would only be temporary fix and I would just make sure I stay off the freeway..The way I see those is a cheap temporary fix.
Can anyone up here in Canada or in the snow covered States suggest a good winter tire? I talked to a chap at a shop and he found me some Michelin ice-x for around $630.00, yay or nay?

The ice-X is supposed to be a pretty good winter/snow tire. I also hear that the Dunlop M3 Wintersports (I have them on my Mazda) are good, and I will let you know my experience with them after this winter.
