Shadowlining

In the process of shadowlining that god forsaken chrome trim around my windows. its coming out very well so far, pics to come!

preperation, everything i dont want painted, covered up:


first coat applied:


third and final coat applied:


im supposed to leave it to dry overnight, but i dont have the luxury of doing that. the tape is coming off in about 20 minutes, we shall see how it looks then!

ok, it looks effin sweet. i really love the look. i couldnt get any pics tho, by the time i took all the paper off it was dark. finished pics tomorrow.

it took 3 hours (to my surprise) to get it all masked off. that and waiting for the paint to dry between coats are the two things that took the longest.

hey nick, i was thinking the whole time, your shadowline is what i would like to emulate. its true, it will never be as nice as yours

again, sorry for the lack of final pics, i will have them up tomorrow

wats wrong w/chrome? i think the pic in yoru sig(with the tinted windows) looks pretty bangin, and it just wouldnt look right w/out the chrome.. to each his own though
