Hey everyone,
My 85 325e has been having an air conditioning problem. After about 20-30 minutes of driving the ac will quit blowing . The air is still cold but it isn't pushing it out. I live in AZ so it kind of sicks when it does it... Any ideas what the problem could be? and how much it would probably cost to fix.

Blower motor bearings heating up? Does it do it with the heater on as well? It should blow a fuse/breaker unless there is a fan motor relay that's letting go after a while.

I am not sure if it does it when the heat is on..I will check the next time I am in ti long enough for it to do it. The weird thing is that we drove it for about two hours the night we got it. We never turned it off since the battery was dead. That has been fine since. I am going to talk to the mechanic that I decided to use and see what he says. Everyone I'v talked to has said the blower motor..Anyone know about how much it should cost to fix?? Thanks
Somehow I think it has to do with the weather....It will only wuit blowing after thers been a storm and its humid out..? idk but it has been working since it hasn't rained at all...
