idles bad

My 85 325e just started idleing bad I have replaced the ICV,the mass air, both fuel pumps and the fuel filter is only a few months old. If you cut the car off it will idle smoth for just acouple of mind. Then goes back to a rough idle. It also don't want to accerlate good at low rpms it runs good at high rpms. I have know clue can someone help me

I got it. A buddy of mine told me to crank the car and while it was idleing bad to unplug the maf and see if it was bad. Well it cut the car off I turned the switch off and pluged it back up pers like a kitten. Guess it needed to be rest even though I had desconnected the ground from the batteries

Check the rubber boot between the Maf and Throttle body for leaks (physically remove and inspect all of it for cracks)
