Angry first e30 problems

I just bought my first e30 a couple months ago in the form of a 1984 318i. The previous owner was using it as his daily driver up until he stopped using it. He took it on a road trip and came to find out the rear subframe was bad and running the tires. So he put it up on Jack stands, covered it up, and there it sat for the last 10 years. First things I had to replace were the fuel pump and starter. I changed the oil obviously, and the vacuum hoses are in decent enough shape to at least get it started. Recently replaced the plugs and wires after I was able to get it started. Problem is, it is running like garbage. Well not stay running without giving it gas, and you can barely get it to reach 3000 rpms. The alternator is bad and out of the car but I don't think that would cause it to run so poorly. The battery I am using has plenty of power and has no problem turning the car over. I took the fuel line off the fuel rail and it is spraying plenty of fuel, not the fuel filter, could still be the injectors though. Replaced the ignition rotor and the rest of the distributor looked in good shape. What else should i check that could be causing it to run so bad?

I'll give it a shot, i tried starting the car in the beginning without the airbox installed and couldn't get it to do anything. Only after i installed everything did it even start.

Double check all of your vacuum lines, and throttle body boot. With the car sitting that long their are bound to be parts that have deterioriated. An air leak will cause the car to run rough. One other possibility is your ICV. When it fails it causes the car to stall out without constant throttle.

Took off the maf sensor this morning and she wouldn't even start. Since I know its getting plenty of air and a good spark then I knew it had to be in the fuel delivery. Took the injectors out but left them attached to the fuel rail to test the spray. There was the problem, there was very little spray coming out of only one of the injectors. Found an ingenious way to clean them online too, all i need is some fuel injector cleaner, a water bottle, and a 9 volt battery. I'll let you know if it works.
