Thats not too bad. If there's no points, it doesn't go to the insurance at all, so they won't even know about it (and it won't go up). In GA at least, the cops only forward the ticket to the insurance company if you get points.

yea how is my question too. I was the only car on the road when he got me, I was definitly speeding, he let me go easy compared to if it was a bigger ticket. I can't use the excuse that I was keeping with traffic since there wasn't any. And i also hear Michigan State troopers are very good at showing up for court.
